Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a ~20-person team and oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You will supervise daily tasks, coach staff, and ensure service levels align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the mailroom vendor, driving process improvements, and supporting audits and projects while maintaining accuracy and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or mail/document management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads and staffing for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing functions.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
