Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to coach and develop frontline team members for outstanding member service. The FEL guides membership programs and onsite operations, driving membership metrics and excellent customer experiences.

You will monitor performance, train cashiers, and ensure adherence to standards while maintaining a safe, inclusive front-end environment with a high-energy operation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Membership or sales knowledge preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front line (cashiers, SCO, membership desk).
• Coach and develop team for member service excellence.
• Drive membership metrics and front-end performance.
• Ensure accurate POS processing and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and safety at the front end.
