Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.

• Cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line, including cashiers and membership desk, to ensure service standards.
• Drives membership metrics, acquisition, retention and member experience initiatives.
• Trains, coaches and evaluates frontline team members on tasks and expectations.
• Ensures accurate cash handling, checkout operations and member interactions.
