Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise the frontline team in the absence of the Front End Manager and to coach staff for exceptional member service. You will drive membership metrics and ensure efficient front-end operations, including cashier and membership desk duties.

The role focuses on coaching, developing employees, and maintaining high standards of service while delivering on club-wide initiatives and policies.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Coach, teach and develop frontline team members to ensure excellent member service.
• Drive membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Improve member engagement, speed and productivity on the front end.
• Trains, coaches, motivates and evaluates frontline Team Members.
