The role emphasizes driving membership metrics, guiding staff at the front end, and maintaining high standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and customer experience. Prior cashier or leadership experience is preferred, with strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front line including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Trains, coaches, motivates, and evaluates frontline team members.
• Ensures excellent Member service and adherence to operational standards.
