Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager. The FEL coaches and develops team members to ensure excellent member service and executes membership programs and front line operations.

You will monitor staffing, ensure timely member orders and maintain store standards while delivering gold service. Regular attendance is essential; prior leadership and cash handling experience preferred; this role offers growth within a team built

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Membership or sales knowledge preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Coach, teach and develop frontline team members to ensure excellent member service.
• Drive membership metrics and ensure timely processing of member orders/requests.
• Monitor staffing, adherence to policies, and overall front-end operations.
