Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, a nationwide warehouse retailer, is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise front-line team members in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach and develop staff to deliver exceptional member service and execute membership programs and initiatives as well as front line operations.

You’ll drive key membership metrics, maintain GOLD standards, ensure accurate cash handling and safety, and mentor colleagues while upholding inclusion and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager and coaches, teaches and develops team members to deliver excellent Member service.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Trains, coaches, motivates, and evaluates frontline team members on tasks and expectations defined by position, including Member engagement and service metrics.
• Ensures daily operations align with policies, procedures and the GOLD standards for a safe and positive club environment.
