Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Support safety, labor policies, and store shrink reduction initiatives.
