Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a capable leader to promote an excellent customer experience at the front of the store and train associates in front-end principles and loyalty programs.

You will oversee a team of associates, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain a clean, organized store while upholding store policies and labor laws. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and personalized customer service.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for all associates; assign registers.
