Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience in a dynamic retail setting. You will supervise Associates, manage POS coverage, and model strong service standards in a Spokane-area store.

Responsibilities include training, loyalty program promotion, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting store goals and safety initiatives. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and experience in retail environments.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced store.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience training and mentoring Associates is a plus.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
