Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Hilton OnQ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as front desk supervisor, champion of empowerment and guest satisfaction.
• Build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time.
• Be a liaison between the front desk and other departments.
