Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations and front desk functions.
• Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and effectively.
• Strong communication and professional presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and guest service.
• Monitor occupancy rates and forecasts.
• Work closely with other operational managers to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Assist and guide the front office staff through daily duties and responsibilities.
• Train new employees as designated and outlined in the Front Office Training Guide.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk and Guest Services.
• Performs other duties as required.
