The Elyton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a new opening hotel in Birmingham, AL. You will supervise front desk operations, assist guests during check-in/check-out, and manage reservations in a friendly, professional manner.

Lead front desk staff, train team members, and help achieve revenue and guest-satisfaction goals while maintaining high Marriott-brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with common office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
