Job summary

The Elyton is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a new opening hotel to lead service in restaurants, lounges, bars, and catering. You will oversee staff, scheduling, training, and safety, while partnering with the Executive Chef on menus and pricing.

A strong guest-focused leader with at least 3 years in hospitality management is preferred. Based in Birmingham, AL, the role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and achieving financial goals consistent

Qualifications

• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in hospitality in food and beverage with guest-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage service in Restaurants, Lounges/Bars and Catering events.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and alcohol policies.
• Control costs, monitor labor and inventory, and achieve sales and expense goals.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menus and pricing; ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
