Job summary

The Elyton in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the guest services team and front desk operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing and training, and ensure smooth check-in/out, reservations, and room assignments while maximizing service quality.

Lead the front office to deliver memorable experiences, maintain brand standards, and control expenses. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on approach to hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with multitasking and attention to detail.

• Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or manager preferred.
