Job summary

You will work with a small team, monitor guest experiences, and support the Front Office Manager with scheduling and supplies to maintain a welcoming resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating and placing front-line staff; oversees operation of front office staff.
• Ensures excellent guest service and maintains productivity; coordinates front desk, reservations, and concierge staff.
• Monitors guest service via routine audits and resolves guest questions or complaints.
• Assists Front Office Manager with inventory, supplies, and ordering; adheres to policies.
