You will maintain lobby areas, safeguard guest information, and respond to emergencies per hotel protocol. A positive, friendly attitude and strong teamwork are essential to create memorable stays for visitors.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality is required.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn the PMS.
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Marriott experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and manage registrations securely.
• Sell amusement park tickets to guests.
• Address guest concerns using Marriott guest recovery protocols.
• Maintain lobby and property key control.
• Stock the Market and ensure a welcoming environment.
