Job summary

Carowinds in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Front Office Leader to train, motivate, and guide Front Office associates in all responsibilities of the division, including oversight of the Front Desk, Concierge and Reservations teams. You will supervise check-in/check-out, manage guest inquiries and complaints, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for hundreds of visitors daily.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front desk or hospitality operations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise front desk, reservations, and concierge teams.
• Monitor guest service through routine audits and resolve guest questions.
• Ensure timely check-in/out and cottage/RV space availability.
• Enforce policies on wardrobe, grooming, safety, and quality.
• Support front office manager with supply inventory and ordering.
• Provide breaks and meals to staff per guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
