Job summary

Carowinds seeks an experienced Front Office leader to train, motivate, and guide the Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations teams. You will oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and ensure guests experience a seamless check-in process.

The role requires scheduling breaks, enforcing policies, and coordinating staff placement with attention to safety and guest satisfaction. You will partner with the Front Office Manager to maintain hospitality excellence across the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience training and supervising Front Office staff.
• Ability to coordinate front desk, reservations, and concierge teams.
• Familiarity with guest service audits and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and placement of front-line staff; monitor front-office operations and ensure excellent guest service.
• Ensure friendly and timely check-in/out, and manage cottage and RV space availability.
• Provide guidance to staff, enforce policies, and handle guest questions and complaints with a positive attitude.
