Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Front Office Leader to train, motivate, and supervise the Front Office team, including the Front Desk, Concierge and Reservations groups. You will drive guest services, oversee check-in/out processes, and ensure smooth operation across shifts at the resort.

Ideal candidates will lead with a positive attitude, enforce policies, and coordinate staffing and guest space availability to deliver a high-quality guest experience to hundreds of guests daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Leads a small front desk/concierge reservations team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Trains, motivates, and leads front office associates across front desk, concierge and reservations.
• Oversees guest check-in/check-out, ensures timely and friendly service.
• Monitors staff performance via routine audits and maintains policy adherence.
• Coordinates staffing, inventory, and guest space availability to support operations.
