Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Team Member to deliver a positive member experience through friendly service at the front desk. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups and tours, and help keep the club clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include updating member accounts, answering questions, and escalating issues to supervision as needed. A passion for fitness, reliability, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions and concerns; escalate as needed.
• Help maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
