Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members and guests.

You will greet people at the front desk, answer phones, sign up new members, take tours, update member accounts and help keep the club neat and welcoming.

This role requires punctuality, a friendly attitude and strong listening skills to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with a positive attitude.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, sign-ups.
• Give tours to prospective members and update member accounts as needed.
