Planet Fitness seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive experience for members, guests, and prospects. You will greet entrants, handle front desk tasks, process sign-ups, and lead tours while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

Responsibilities include updating member accounts, responding to inquiries, and elevating issues as needed. A strong customer-service mindset and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet gym members, prospective members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer calls, greet entrants, check in members, process new sign-ups, and give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Escalate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
