Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet members, handle check-ins, and assist with memberships in a welcoming, clean club environment. You’ll support daily operations, help with equipment usage, and guide guests to the right resources for services and classes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist members with inquiries about memberships, policies and services, and direct to resources as needed.
• Check-in members, manage front desk transactions and maintain organized area.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and locker rooms/bathrooms to a presentable standard.
• Educate members about benefits and encourage sign-ups for memberships and services.
• Collaborate with team and management to achieve club goals and ensure a safe environment.
