Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, handle check-ins, sign-ups, and tours, and ensure smooth account updates.

The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, resolving questions promptly, and sustaining a clean, welcoming gym environment for all members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions/concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club.
