Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service at the front desk. You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, tour prospects, and help maintain account records.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with friendly service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries; check members in.
• Sign up new members and conduct tours for prospective members.
• Update and maintain member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly; escalate when appropriate.
• Help keep the club neat and welcoming throughout shifts.
