Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Assist with memberships and POS transactions, including beverage/merchandise purchases.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning of facilities and equipment, restrooms, and stocking supplies.
• Complete trainings and adapt to company policies and procedures.
