Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to drive member experiences and sales at the front desk, serving as the face of the club when management isn’t on site. You’ll lead the front desk, book tours, handle inquiries, and support PT sales while upholding Crunch culture.

Responsibilities include managing tours, inquiries, registrations, updating Engage/DLM logs, promoting events and retail, and mentoring MSRs. A high‑energy, people‑focused leader with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk or customer-facing teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk, drive sales, and elevate Crunch vibe.
• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP registrations.
• Manage Engage platform and DLM call log; renewals for expiring prepaid members.
• Crush PT sales goals by selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team.
• Promote events and retail products; manage club website and social updates.
• Review membership pricing daily across platforms.
