Crunch Fitness seeks a Front Desk Lead to act as the face of the club, driving sales and delivering an energetic member experience. You’ll lead the front desk, handle tours and inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations when management isn’t on site.

You’ll also coach MSR staff, support sales goals, and contribute to events, retail, and digital updates. This role is ideal for a high‑energy leader hungry for growth in a busy fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk or sales team.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk, drive sales, and elevate Crunch vibes.
• Be first‑up for tours, calls, and VIP registrations.
• Manage Engage platform and call logs.
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals and support the PT team.
• Promote events and retail products; update website/social.
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy.
