Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to drive sales and lead the front desk, keeping the club buzzing and welcoming for every member. You’ll manage tours, inquiries, and registrations, oversee Engage daily activity and renewal offers, and support PT sales, events, and retail promotions while updating the site and social media.

Base pay is $18–$20/hr with monthly bonus opportunities up to $250; you work five shifts weekly, Sunday–Thursday, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced,

Responsibilities

• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log)
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers
• Crush PT sales goals - selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team
• Promote special events and retail products
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com
• You’re the front-line sales engine of the club
• Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs
• Help set sales goals for the MSR team
• Participate in MSR interviews
• Cover opening and closing shifts when needed
• Model professionalism, energy, and Crunch culture every shift
• This role is the go-to leader when the GM, AGM, or PTM isn’t on deck
