Crunch Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Lead to act as the face of the club, driving sales and delivering an outstanding member experience. You’ll lead the front desk, manage daily operations, and be the go-to leader when leadership isn’t on site.

You’ll guide MSR training, set sales goals, and cover opening/closing shifts. A high-energy, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced gym setting will excel here, with opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in front desk or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive member experience and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk operations and ensure a high-energy welcome.
• Drive tours, respond to inquiries, and manage registrations.
• Oversee daily activity reporting and CRM interactions.
• Support PT sales, book Kickoffs, and contribute to retail sales.
