Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to supervise the club’s front desk, drive sales, and elevate the member experience. You’ll be the face of the club when management isn’t on site and a key player in membership and personal training sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSR/front desk roles or sales-driven customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and energy.
• Ability to meet sales and enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and drive daily sales.
• Handle tours, inquiries, and VIP registrations.
• Manage Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals — selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team.
• Promote events and retail products.
• Update club website and social media to drive engagement.
• Review membership pricing across systems.
