Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to oversee the front desk, drive membership and personal training sales, and uphold the Crunch culture. You will be the face of the club and the hub of member experience, especially when management isn’t on site.

You will lead front desk operations, coach MSR teammates, and ensure smooth check-ins, tours, and inquiries while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous MSR experience in membership sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk operations and drive member sales.
• Manage the Engage platform daily activity and call logs.
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Hit PT sales goals and support the PT team.
• Promote events and retail products and update the club website/social media.
