Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to drive front desk operations, lead the sales initiative, and elevate the member experience across daily interactions and services. You’ll be the face of the club, accountable for tours, inquiries, renewals, PT sales, and event promotion, while also mentoring staff and maintaining Crunch culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be first‑up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations.
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals — selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team.
• Promote special events and retail products.
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement.
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com.
• Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs; help set sales goals for the MSR team; participate in MSR interviews; cover opening and closing shifts; model professionalism and Crunch culture.
