Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of the property and first contact for guests at our Yorktown, VA location.

This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, front desk operations, and coordinating daily hotel activities in a hospitality-focused team. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, tours for prospective guests, and fulfill special guest requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, tours, and special requests.
• Laundry duties: manage linens and towels.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: clean public areas and stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist in-house guest sales and occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: follow procedures and ensure security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
