Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in customer service, hotel operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive in solving problems and able to handle changing schedules.

Aufgaben

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs, and reporting.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for prospective guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold and organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, manage supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
