Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant who will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests. This role supports front office operations, guest services, and daily property tasks with a guest-first mindset.

You will assist with reservations, check-ins, and special requests, while maintaining clean public areas and aiding in marketing efforts to boost occupancy. Full-time benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins and check-outs; review reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; keep area clean.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow safety protocols and protect guest security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
