Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property. In this highly visible role you will handle front desk operations, guest services, and daily property tasks to ensure a welcoming stay.

Responsibilities include reservations, check-ins/outs, tours for prospects, linen handling, cleaning tasks, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. We offer DailyPay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins; review front office paperwork and reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, close sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock and distribute cleaning supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
