Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

In this highly visible customer service role, you will handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, tours for prospective guests, and fulfill special guest requests. You will support front office operations, guest services, and sales initiatives to increase occupancy, while maintaining clean, safe public areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs; review of front office reports.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours for prospective guests, fulfill special guest requests (e.g., linen exchanges).
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock and distribute supplies.
