Caesars Entertainment’s Lake Tahoe property seeks an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to assist guests with check-in/check-out and information services. You will collaborate with Housekeeping, VIP Services, and the Hotel Supervisor to maintain service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months front desk experience, and fluent English. Strong communication, 35 wpm typing, and LMS knowledge are expected to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in a Hotel Front Desk and previous experience in customer service required.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to type at least 35 wpm.
• Strong knowledge of LMS.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner with personalized service.
• Register guests into the hotel following established procedures; coordinate with Housekeeping, VIP Services, Hotel Supervisor, and Lead Guest Service Agent.
• Perform cashiering functions including posting charges and handling cash payments.
• Ensure guest needs and special requests are met and recover service when needed.
• Inform guests of events, shows, activities and amenities available.
• Maintain the front desk area and assist with on-the-job training for new hires.
