Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service.
• Register guests during check-in; coordinate with Housekeeping, VIP Services, and Lead Guest Service Agent.
• Perform cashiering functions with accurate record keeping and billing.
• Address guest needs and special requests; apply service recovery when needed.
• Inform guests about events, shows, and amenities.
• Run and reconcile daily Revenue Control reports.
• Assist with on-the-job training for new hires.
