Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Lake Tahoe region is seeking a friendly waiter/waitress to provide prompt, courteous service at dining stations. You will take orders, relay requests, and ensure accurate checks are processed for payment after the dining experience.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of waitstaff experience, and fluent English. You will uphold high standards of guest service in a fast-paced environment and may assist in table maintenance and bussing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years Waitperson experience preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to uphold integrity in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at assigned station quickly and courteously.
• Assist customers with menu ordering and record items on check.
• Deliver food and beverages from designated locations.
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and note when finished.
• Process checks through the POS system and collect payment.
• Assist with table maintenance and resetting tables.
• Support bus staff to ensure efficient service.
• Complete assigned side work and learn menu items.
• Practice suggestive selling of menu items and beverages.
