Qualifications

• Previous front desk, reservations, or hotel cashiering experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and stand for extended periods.
• Effective written and verbal communication essential for guest interactions.
• Must be able to speak English and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify reservation information, register guests, and secure payment at arrival.
• Orient guests to the hotel and respond to inquiries about services and local attractions.
• Maintain cash bank and ensure accurate cashier transactions and deposits.
• Post guest charges to hotel accounts and handle cashiering duties.
• Sell and redeem hotel gift certificates and manage card accounts.
