Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the front desk. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage payments, and ensure daily front desk operations meet ESA standards.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing reservations, maintaining a clean lobby, and promoting ESA offerings. Adherence to safety procedures and accurate record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and ability to audit shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures; complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment according to guidelines.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk daily paperwork.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas per standards; support breakfast setup.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Handle cash/credit card/city ledger balances and perform payments per policy.
• Adhere to safety, security, and key control procedures; report incidents as required.
