Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will check guests in and out, answer phones, process payments, and manage front desk paperwork. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and a warm, service-focused attitude.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial. The position is typically on-site, with opportunities to contribute to breakfast setup and property cleanliness while representing ESA’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to provide friendly, high-quality guest service and handle guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and process payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues with courtesy and Make it Right principles.
• Maintain front desk area, perform daily front office paperwork, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Promote ESA services and upsell reservations and room nights.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts accurately.
