Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines. The role includes completing front desk paperwork and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.

The position emphasizes ESA’s service culture, with opportunities to assist with reservations, maintain a clean lobby, and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient communication in English with guests and colleagues.
• Requires ability to operate property management system and perform shift audits when needed.

Mansioni

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out guests, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and maintain lobby and front desk areas.
