Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service at the front desk. You will assist guests, answer phones, register and check out, and collect payments according to company guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized lobby and support breakfast setup when needed. You will handle reservations, payments, and daily front office tasks, while promoting ESA services and ensuring safety and security standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience or training in front desk or guest services preferred.
• Ability to process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones; check in/check out and collect payments.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas in accordance with company standards.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts; manage daily front office tasks.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Follow safety and security procedures and assist with breakfast setup when required.
• Provide accommodations and resolve guest issues through Make it Right when possible.
