Job summary

Extended Stay America in the United States is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, answer phones, check in/out, and process payments according to company guidelines. You will complete front desk paperwork and uphold safety procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

You will handle reservations, collect balances, and promote ESA services while maintaining a clean, organized lobby and front desk area. Strong communication and cash-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests.
• Process payments and maintain front desk cash handling.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain clean lobby and front desk area.
• Promote ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations.
