Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, complete registrations, and assist with inquiries. You will balance charges, handle checkout, and ensure a smooth guest experience across 24/7 front desk operations at our Fort Lauderdale property.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and basic math proficiency. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualificações

• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries.
• Ability to use a computer to input registrations and process payments.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and balancing the house bank.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently.
• Input guest information and verify details in the system.
• Code and issue room keys; process payments and balance accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and provide information on local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with diplomacy and discretion.
