Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional at our Florida property to greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure an exceptional stay with courteous, accurate service.

You will process payments, balance the house bank, and communicate clearly with guests by phone and in person. Flexibility with shifts is required to support 24/7 hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Good calculator skills and ability to perform moderately complex math.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome and provide information.
• Complete the registration process using the computer system and assign rooms.
• Process payments and balance the house bank; handle vouchers and cards.
• Answer calls clearly in English and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns within guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform related duties as requested by supervisor.
